Legal aspects of rehabilitation

Patients suffering from chronic diseases often try to seek medication through rehabilitation. Not in all cases is the social insurance obliged to take over these costs. Rehabilitation measures have to be applied for at the retirement pension insurance with the proper forms. However, patients do not have an enforceable claim to get back the costs from the insurance.
